true happiness needs no requirements filled,
needs no task done prior to appearing,
+
doesn’t need permission to exist.
you get to decide when + where happiness appears in your life.
happiness operates under your direction, is there to meet your needs, + is waiting for your invitation into your current state of being.
we sometimes attribute superficial looks to happiness.
making material possessions + outward experiences the face of happiness is another way we give away our power to shit that doesn’t matter — none of that shit deserves such a worthy title.
+ contrary to popular belief, happiness doesn’t cost a thing.
arguments that money buys happiness or that happiness is tied to the support we receive are a heard + valued nuance, but not entirely true, nor does it serve as fact.
happiness is freedom to be.
regardless of your current situation or circumstances, you can always choose to be happy, fam.
though we allow it to happen, outside influences don’t inherently dictate what we experience internally.
happiness is just as much yours as it is anyone else’s + you don’t need anyone’s permission or validation to experience happiness today.
be you, be dope!
