show them how something is done.
you can try to convince them with your words,
you can write page after page of instructions to follow;
however, showing that it can be done is the best way to reach them.
actions definitely speak louder than words, fam.
be a walking embodiment of what you are you teaching others.
it’s not enough to say love is unconditional, we have to show it in our every day interactions with others.

though often times presented differently, we’re really walking the same path, living in that same duality, + are confronted with those same choices.
listen: we won’t be 100 for 100 + at the same time, we don’t have to allow that stat to keep us from doing our best.
admit when you fuck up + adjust accordingly.
beyond our mistakes + missteps lies a person who is genuinely doing their best —
not “trying” or providing lip service — but someone who is doing the actual work.
it’s hard to miss or discredit what someone actually does, fam.
