your thoughts are powerful, persuasive, + prominent factors in your every day life.

we see what you think because your thoughts influence your actions.

when your actions + thoughts don’t align, then it’s time to do some digging to figure out where the disconnect lies.

ask yourself:

are my current actions in support of my i core values + beliefs?

i see i am i displaying _(insert action here)_ right now. what is triggering this? what do i want to display instead?

this method isn’t working for me. what’s a more constructive way to translate my thoughts into my actions?

the dope thing about your thoughts is that you are in complete control of them.

you get to choose what sticks around in your mind; what stays + what goes.

so whatever you’ve been thinking about yourself, about life, about others, about anything —

remember you can switch it up + choose another viewpoint + in turn, embark on another action to support your beliefs.

being a walking manifestation of your thoughts is top tier vulnerability, ainnit? 🙃

decide, today, what actions you’ll take to support your core beliefs, values, + thoughts.

+ when you find that they change, switch up your actions to promote solidarity.
