what happens when you simply do it?

you’re judging it when you can simply do it.

you’re worried about it when you can simply do it.

you’re analyzing it + picking it apart when you can simply do it.

all the mental gymnastics you’re doing right now is pointless.

here you are doing all this thinking about something when the way to reap the benefits of the activity is to do it.

today, don’t worry about the task will make you look to others or what will happen if you don’t do it correctly —

do what must be done, fam.

you over here worried about a challenge that has yet to exist, knowing good + damn well each challenge you’ve faced so far you’ve overcome.

like c’mon — what are we gaining by expending so much energy on things that don’t matter?

what matters right now is that you do what you do without talking or thinking yourself out of doing what you must do.

there is joy in taking action, there is purpose behind your passion, + there is creativity flowing through your veins.

every thing is all good right now, fam.

give yourself permission to complete the task without all the worry, the second guessing, + the what if’s — do your thang!

be you, be dope!
