when would you like to experience your “hard”, fam —
now or later?
you won’t avoid it by putting it off until later.
as a matter of fact, you’ll only exacerbate the feeling of overwhelm by putting what you must do on the back burner.
do the shit now.
before you know it, half if the day is gone already before you’ve gotten around to getting it done.
you don’t have time for that.
but you know what you do have time for?
starting.
practice this —
give yourself 30 minutes of “hard”.
use this 30 minutes to fully concentrate on the task at hand + set a timer if you must — no distractions!
follow up that 30 minutes with something lightweight, something refreshing, +/or something rejuvenating.
if you still have more of the task to do, give yourself another 30 minutes + so on + so forth until the task is completed.
once you get your feet wet with the idea of conquering said task, the work you put in will handle the rest.
the challenge isn’t the challenge itself — it’s getting your mind into creative mode + concentrating on the task.
do it now, fam.
you’ve got the time + you can get it done.
be you, be dope!
