your day is starting in the most spectacular way

consider this:

every task you start today is the beginning of a chain reaction.

think about it —

you get up with a grateful heart, what’s next?

you feel good about where the day is headed,

might even find yourself two steppin’ + hummin’ a little tune a little bit while you’re getting ready, who knows?

from that, you may find that your morning routine is breezing by without a blemish,

your car keys were easy to find + you’ve got a little extra time,

so you shoot off a quick text to your friend group encouraging them to have an awesome day, too, because damn…

your day is starting out in the most spectacular way…

+ that’s all from waking up with a grateful heart.

though the above example is wildly specific, moments such as these can be prevalent in your life, fam.

taking a positive step forward, being intentional with your doings, thinking before you act (+ react), + consciously making an effort to have a dope ass day is the basis of a winning mindset.

by moving with intention, you’ve set the groundwork, the foundation, for living a full, rich, + purposeful life.

whatever you’re pouring into the atmosphere is what you’re receiving tenfold, fam.

today, know that whatever you’re doing — big or small — is the beginning of a series of events that can change the trajectory of your life; that can create a chain reaction.

move with fervor, staying mindful of what you’re putting out into the world, + mindful of what you think + say to yourself + others.

if you’re looking for a place to start today, meditate on this:

a grateful heart is the basis of a grateful life.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

write down one small, kind, or productive thing you did today (for example — i held the door for a stranger or i prepped my breakfast). trace the impact forward. how did this action make you feel? how did it influence your mood, + who else benefited from it?
