they, as in other people, aren’t making you feel or think a way.

don’t give them that type of power over your life, fam!

own your power + change the narrative.

decide, today, how you want to feel + think.

decide, today, that no one can make you do anything you don’t want to do.

decide, today, to free yourself from the opinions + permissions of others.

imagine a life of freedom + contentment.

you’re thinking what you want to think,

you’re feeling how you want to feel, 

+ you’re unapologetically living life on your own terms.

in that moment of imagining, you’ve brought yourself to the exact place you wanted to be.

usher in those thoughts + feeling into your reality; into this moment right now.

decide, right now, that moving forward your experiences will be different than any experience you’ve ever had before because you are taking back your power…

affirm:

in moments of uncertainty + confusion, i am cool, calm, + collected. choosing how to feel + think are my favorite superpowers to flex + i flex them every moment i get.
