the challenge: to roll up + rise up

a challenge awaits you today, fam, so you know what you gotta do, yea?

roll up on it + rise up to it.

when you choose to rise up to the challenge, you’ll also notice these on the rise in your life:

a rise in confidence

let’s face it — when you are face to face with a challenge + you go for it, no matter the outcome you can’t help but feeling more in tune with yourself + your abilities than before you started.

a rise in strength

working out your muscles (brain included) only makes them stronger in the long run + by the looks of it, your past challenges have done more good than harm in the strength category.

a rise in creativity

you have the cheat code. you know you don’t have to settle for the ordinary approach because you know how differently things can be done + based off your track record, you may know a thing or two are doing them more effectively, too.

as you can see, rising to the occasion has its perks.

when you take a stance + give life a go, aspects of your life also begin to elevate + evolve: we didn’t even discuss what it does to your insight + your mindset, but that’s on the rise, too!

a challenge awaits you today.

it may be tough,

it may seem scary,

shit it may seem impossible —

you are more equipped than you know.

rise up to the challenge that awaits you, fam + watch your reality skyrocket to higher heights 🚀

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

think of a challenge you’ve conquered today + as you reflect write down how it makes you feel to be on the other side, what you learned about yourself + life through your problem solving, + what you can do differently with the new information you’ve gained (not the challenge raising your IQ, too! 😉)
