the purpose of the challenge

challenges aren’t designed to give you a hard time.

though that can be the case when dealing with challenges, it serves a much greater purpose, fam.

when you encounter challenges, it is the universe’s way of checking to see if you really want what you claim you want.

think of challenges as a pulse checker, checking to see if your heart is still beating + going strong; checking to see if you’re still living.

challenges add value to successes, achievements, + accomplishments.

what is an accomplishment if you didn’t have to work for it?

who cares if you reach the goal when you didn’t have to put in a little elbow grease to get there?

today, express gratitude for the challenges that you’ve overcome.

you did that, fam.

not only have you proven to yourself that you are capable, you’ve shown yourself that you’ve got what it takes to take on anything that comes your way!

molded by challenges, you are who you are today because you ain’t letting shit stop you from achieving, from accomplishing, + from success.

the next time you’re tempted to complain about a challenge, remember this:

challenges are presented to those who are capable of achieving.

tough times don’t last, tough people do.

you can + you will.

be you, be dope!
