do you want more or do you want better?

ask yourself today:

will i benefit most from having more choices or from having better choices?

in what ways can life change for me if i were given more options?

in what ways can my quality of life change if i had the same amount of options i have now, only a better selection?

only you can answer this question, fam.

first, consider the options presented to you + what you actually want to experience in life.

you may be surrounded by a ton of dollar stores that have tons of food options for the low low, but essentially none of what they are selling is giving you the best food options for nourishment + sustainability.

the store may be packed with all the latest snack foods + candies, but the fresh foods that will provide you with the nourishment you need to sustain, thrive, + grow are found elsewhere… in a place where there are better food options.

today, recognize the opportunities in quality over quantity.

yes, there may be a ton of low hanging fruit from which you can choose, but the quality, undisturbed + unblemished fruit is higher up + without the proper tools, harder to get.

open yourself up to different opportunities (not more, but different) by clarifying what it is that you want to experience + equipping yourself with the necessary tools, skills, + knowledge to act upon them.

as you ascend into different levels of understanding, embracing your highest self + experiencing different in your life, you may realize that the sacrifice of living with less options brings you the most peace.

be you, be dope!
