yesterday is done. gone.

ain’t shit you can do about what happened in the past, fam.

however, there is something you can do about what happens in the future.

no, you can’t skip through time + determine what happens next.

the predictability of your future is dependent on what happens today.

i mean, we can’t know for sure what is in store for us, but i’ll be damned if we cannot influence it one way or another.

when you walk a mile today, it can influence your overall health.

do it consistently + it can change the trajectory of your health for your highest good.

when you call someone in instead of calling them out today, it can influence the nature of your relationship.

do it consistently + it can change the intimacy, mutual respect, strengthen the connection, + build community.

when you accept life for what it is + take responsibility for where you are today, you can decide to move in a different direction.

do it consistently + it can forever change how you live + experience your life.

today, your life demands two things from you —

1) your full attention + presence

2) acceptance + forward motion

the rest of your dope life begins in this moment.

whatever happened before now is done, the residue + impact of your past actions may remain, but hear this —

you can still move forward with your life, fam. 

decide that shaping your future is a priority in your life by taking action today.
