admit that you care

it’s harder to change when you don’t care about what’s affecting you.

whatever’s affecting you may cause you extreme discomfort, too.

the negative impact it has on you is plain as day — hell, you see + acknowledge it, too!

still, you’re less inclined to improve your situation until you care enough to change it.

so you remain “stuck”.

uninspired.

unmotivated.

unfazed.

the truth is no one can make you care, fam.

life won’t be different until you make a difference.

change a fragment of your mindset, you give yourself a chance to turn your life around for your good.

opening yourself up to receive information that challenges your existing beliefs can transform your life in unimaginable ways.

first, be open.

openness leads to curiosity + curiosity leads to interest.

become interested enough + you may find yourself wanting to do something new:

what can i do?

where can i start?

well, you can start with an admission:

i care about ________.

there.

that’s a start.

then dig deeper —

now, what excites you about it?

what part of it would you like to know more about?

you’re making progress, sis.

your interest in living life on your own terms is enough to start a wave of change in your current reality.

today, think about what in your life interests you the most + probe deeper than you’ve ever probed before.

admit that you care.

it’s okay to not only want different for yourself, but to show the world that you want it, too.

be you, be dope!
