they make an effort to change the course of their lives is what they usually do.
during this time, you may find yourself + others:
- changing their eating habits
- changing their movement habits
- changing their sleep habits
- changing their communication styles
- prioritizing peace
- becoming more conscious about leading with love
- putting more care, consideration, + thoughtfulness into living each day
this is a fraction of where folks choose to prioritize their focus + it doesn’t have to be the same day every year or happen only once a year.
today ain’t no different than january 1, fam.
today, those same life changing opportunities exist.
