it’s not that you need to do more work to see results, fam.

you don’t have to necessarily add to your plate of things to do + work yourself to the bone.

exam your efficiency.

replace what isn’t working for you now with actions that will highlight your best.

your excuses, fears, anxieties, hypotheticals, + rationalizations are consuming your most precious time + fail to highlight your best work.

ditch them + instead choose concentrate your efforts on what empowers you, what builds your confidences, + what will ultimately get you closer to all that you desire in life.

today, highlight your best by choosing what’s best for you.

when you hear yourself making an excuse or coming up with a million different ways life won’t work out for you, pause + redirect your thoughts:

life is working for my good.

i can do hard things.

fear only stops me if i choose to stop.

i can feel two things at one time + still get the task done.

this doesn’t have to be my reality right now. i’m choosing different for myself.

flex your faith, sis.

do you truly believe that living as you’ve been is the only + best way for you?

today is full of endless possibilities + you have the power, the choice, to make them real for you.

remind yourself that your best efforts are best showcased when doing your best is the focus.

you don’t need more time, fam.

instead, be willing to reclaim your time by showing yourself a different, more efficient way to live life on your own terms today.
