procrastinating gives you a rush, a high, + even a slight or full blown panic attack.
it raises your blood pressure, it triggers your attitude, + it can stress you all the way out.
why put your mind + body through that type of anguish?
why not give yourself time, space, + energy to complete the task at hand?
today, take advantage of the opportunities today is providing.
right now you understand that time is plentiful + that there is enough time for you to get what you need to do done.
use the moments of today wisely.
each moment you decide to make a difference in your life today can greatly benefit you later on in your life.
take your time to concentrate on what matters most to you.
putting something off until the last minute + working in a high stress environment is a choice that you get to make.
