an educated guess

it’s not too far out there to note how we humans tend to use our past actions to predict our future lives.

we’ve developed charts, graphs, bell curves — you name it, all designed to predict what’s next.

while we can chart our lives away + guess the when, where, how + why, we must acknowledge this one simple truth:

we don’t know what the future holds.

an educated guess is still a guess, fam.

patterns can aid in prediction + at the same time patterns can be broken — so what then?

the quality of your future is based on the actions you take today.

real talk, that’s the closest to a prediction of how your future will go that you can get.

when you decide to act today, you open up a ever-flowing fountain of possibilities for your future self.

you have way more options when you act versus when you don’t.

through action,

you get feedback.

you get solutions.

you get results.

+ though you may not always like the feedback, solutions, or results you receive, it doesn’t mean your efforts are in vain; doesn’t mean your future will suck or be unfavorable.

you know what it means?

it means life is gonna life + it’s up to you to live your life in a way that accepts life as the dope experience it is.

focus on now.

don’t get too far ahead in thought that you worry yourself about what could, would, + should happen in your life.

instead of wishing, choose to live the life you most desire now.

take the guesswork out of your future + enjoy life where you are now.

be you, be dope!
