at some point, there’s gotta be a time when you stop complaining about:
- your body aches, pains, + ailments
- your lack of support
- your upbringing
- not having “enough”
- what others choose to do with their time + life
- your poor choices
- your past
- your life
when are you going to do something about it?
by now it’s evident that all this complaining doesn’t lead to the changes you wish to experience in your life.
are you seeking pity or are you good seeking progress?
a shift in your life comes from actually doing something about what compels you to complain, not the complaining itself.
don’t complain — do something.
start with your attitude + learn to accept that while you can’t change everything that happens in life, you can accept that it’s happened + move forward in a positive direction.
you have a choice, fam.
sitting + sulking over the past is one, moving forward + making the best of the moment you have now is another.
the ball’s in your court.
make your move.
be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:
if your body hurts, what are you doing to make it feel better? if you lack support, who are you currently connecting with in your community? if you are unhappy with where you are in life, what are you doing to change your situation + circumstance? if you are tired of complaining, what is one thing you are grateful for today?
