for the next thirty minutes, give your task at hand your all.
what? are you really about to say you ain’t got the time or the focus to do it?
fam — claiming you’re living your best life means you actually give your best efforts, your best attitude, + your best self.
it’s not a saying to assuage you when you’re worried you aren’t doing enough or to give you a false sense of security; to pretend that life is better than what it is.
to make life better, you live differently.
living is an action verb, so to live your best life means you’re actively engaging with your best.
so, back to this half hour of your time —
thirty minutes today can bring immense value into your life, create momentum to keep going + pressing forward, + bring intentional change into your world.
read some literature for thirty minutes,
sit outside for thirty minutes,
commit to cleaning/tidying your space for thirty minutes,
move your body for thirty minutes,
catch up with a friend for thirty minutes,
work on your most complicated task for thirty minutes,
+/or meditate/pray/sit in silence for thirty minutes.
time passes whether you’re putting in your best effort or pussy footing around, pretending you’re doing something of value with it.
why not give yourself the best life by giving your best efforts for at least thirty minutes today?
be you, be dope!
