change the way you see it

you’re stressing about not having enough,

yet have you considered you have exactly what you need right now?

let life be what it is.

you don’t have to demand more from life, fam.

the birds are singing their pitch perfect songs,

though a cloud or two may cast a shadow, the sun is still shining bright,

you have breath in your body + you can pause at any time to take an even deeper, more conscious breath.

your heart is beating + you are able to love (+ love deeply).

what more do you need?

more money, you say?

or is it more time?

more support + community?

thankfully, one thing you’ll never need more of is ideas —

ideas on ways you can use the money, time, support, community you have to get more of what you want: more money, more time, more support, + more community.

live your life, fam.

see the goodness that surrounds you, do your absolute best, + express + show gratitude for all that you have.

what you have is enough, so use what you’ve got! 

you are enough + life is enough.
