do you know how strong you are, fam?

take a deep breath, relax your jaw, + allow your body to follow suit.

now, with all the strength that you have, stand up tall.

bring awareness into your body

— your core, your arms, your hands, your legs, your feet, your neck, your back, —

+ stand tall; erect.

feel the strength surge through each of your body parts + notice how powerful, how strong you are when taking a stand.

stand tall like a mountain for three full breaths, then release your strength + notice the returning sensation of relaxation when your body’s at rest.

today, when you feel small or incapable, when you feel you don’t have what it takes to stand up for yourself, take a physical stand in your own life.

relax yourself, activate your full strength, + then relax yourself again.

realize you have what it takes, that within is where your strength resides.

you can stand tall, in silence or in tandem with activating your strong voice — a confident voice backed with strength even when you’re in tears.

you can stand firm in some areas + have flexibility in others.

most importantly, you can decide to activate your strength at any time.

you are strong, fam.

+ when you feel your strength dwindling, refine it by using the strength that you have to continue pressing forward, resting, standing tall, + breathing through adversity.

be you, be dope!
