doing your best requires no skill

doing your best is not a skill, it’s an attitude.

therefore, don’t focus too much on what you think you’re capable of doing in terms of skills.

quite frankly, your current skillset means little to nothing right now.

eventually, with a willing attitude, you will learn, you will build skill, + you will find great success in all that you do.

today, don’t get caught up on whether you can or you can’t; commit to doing your best.

put yourself out there + lead with your best effort, fam.

use everything you have now to get what you need.

that little bit you do know how to do is enough to get you to the next level, so don’t toss the baby out with the bathwater.

true success in your life comes from overcoming challenges.

since one doesn’t come without the other prepare yourself by checking your attitude of willingness.

are you willing to do what you must, to do what it takes, to get you where you want to go in life?

regardless of what’s placed in your way,

no matter the challenge, circumstance, or situation,

choose to bring your best foot forward + to approach it with a smile.

bring out the best in life by allowing life to bring out the best in you.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

do you believe in the power of your attitude?

do you believe that even when you don’t have all of the answers, that your attitude can change your current circumstance of situation? do you believe your attitude can change your life? why or why not?
