did you know that frustration has multiple meanings?
by definition, it means being upset or annoyed.
but words not only have a collectively agreed upon meaning —
they also have meaning to us on an individual level.
to me, frustration is feedback.
it shows me exactly what i don’t want to experience in my life right now + is a clear indication that i need to pause + refocus on what i do want to experience.
today, take a moment to understand what frustration means to you.
does it encourage you to act on your desires?
does it inspire you to pause + refocus on what you want to experience as it does me?
does it force you into a vengeful rage that you feel cannot subside because red is all you see?
there will be times when our alignment is wonky + the path is unclear.
it is in those times where our frustrations will likely rise.
determine, today, which direction you will allow your frustrations to take you.
will you see your frustration as a pivot point to redirect your efforts + see through with your vision?
will you allow your frustrations to overrun your better judgment + derail you from living the life you so fervently deserve to experience?
feel your frustrations, fam,
+ allow the energy that boils over from them to energize you into taking intentional, vision aligned action.
be you, be dope!
