honestly, you deserve much better

you had a negative experience — whooptie doo!

that isn’t the response you were expecting, was it, fam?

honestly, you deserve much better than what you experienced

+

now is the time to give yourself the best.

take the negative energy you’re feeling toward that experience,

see it cupped in your hands,

make a conscious decision to release it,

+

watch it fall onto the ground in front of you.

now, take a deep breath + invite the goodness that resides within + the abundance that surrounds you to come into full display.

show, through your actions, that you deserve a better experience + a better experience you’ll make for yourself.

resentment is a heavy, senseless weight to carry.

worry clouds your judgement, delays clarity, + increases stress levels + anxiety.

let all of that go + usher joy back into its rightful place in your life.

give resilience a space to flourish + shine, + remember that you deserve so much better than what your complaints are willing to give you right now.

every moment won’t be super high + that’s okay.

without negativity in some way form, or fashion, what would incentivize you to appreciate the beautiful life you’re living?

honor the value of all of your experiences.

whether high or low, life is giving you an opportunity to change your perspective
+ to showcase your gratitude for all the positivity it holds + brings.

lean into the positive, fam.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

write down a negative experience you had today. now, write a thank you letter to the experience by reframing it to honor the lesson it brings in this moment.
