how does an idea become results?

how does one convert a thought into action?

how does an idea morph into results?

how does a long term goal or dream turn into your lived reality?

thoughts, ideas, + dreams come into fruition by way of intention.

when you decide that it’s time to get it done, you will get it done, fam.

it’s true: in the past you’ve had some great intentions.

you may have even started a project, developed a routine, or committed to consistent action only to find that today all past intentions are where you left them — in the past.

though you may not have intended for fear, doubt, + worry to overtake your actions, somewhere along the way you gave them free reign to do what they were intended to do:

talking you out of completing your goals + dreams.

today, not only do you have the opportunity to start again, you have the opportunity to address your fears, concerns, worries, + doubts + move past them.

you get to choose where you’d like to go next, how you’d like to move forward, + whether or not you’ll do it afraid.

sitting — or should i say actively working — in the discomfort of your intentions is the ultimate test in whether you truly want to experience life differently + in the way you intended to live it.

the question is: are you willing to commit to taking action + move forward with your intentions?

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

are you all bark + no bite? if not, what is something you intended to do today that you go done? what is something that you intended to do today that you’re actively working to complete? what is something you intended to do today that you left by the wayside?
