how to create a platform for worry + anxiety

a challenge is a challenge,

difficulty is difficulty,

+

hardship is hardship.

you don’t have to make a mountain out of a molehill, fam.

name your challenge plainly, call it what it is, + let it be exactly that + nothing more.

difficulties + hardships challenge our current circumstances;

they do not, however, determine where we will go nor do they alter who we are as a person.

so why is it that when faced with challenges, we often times come out the other side as a changed/different person?

because of the action we choose to take, because of the decisions we choose to make, + because of what we choose to entertain… that’s why.

making more of something than what it calls for is creating a platform to entertain anxiety + worry.

instead, dig deep, connect with your why, + use your purpose + passion to drive your progression.

no need to curse the challenge — the challenge is out here being exactly what it is: a challenge.

plus, circumstances don’t matter, fam.

you are extremely capable of overcoming difficulties as they arise.

see the possibilities + opportunities you have before you in this present moment, determine which direction you’d like to move, + with your best intentions + efforts, move accordingly.

be you, be dope!
