there are over a million things to be grateful for:

  • your strength
  • your sound mind
  • your breath
  • your ideas
  • your family
  • your friends
  • your ability to forgive
  • your big heart
  • your sensitive spirit
  • your joy
  • your peace
  • your wealth
  • your refresh after rest
  • grace + another chance to live life on your own terms


+ your appreciation doesn’t have to only reflect what you believe is “good” in your life, fam.

you can also express gratitude for:

that situation didn’t turn out the way you wanted it to work out = 

grateful for redirection

you blew a gasket + later regretted getting so worked up = 

grateful for awareness + another chance to make another choice

the seemingly ornery person who is taking their job too seriously + seemingly causing you major inconvenience = 

grateful to slow down, breathe, + express gratitude for this person having a job to help make ends meet in today’s economy

you ran out of time doing something you enjoy 

grateful for the time you had doing something you enjoy

encourage yourself to see + experience the fullness + richness life has to offer.

appreciate what is, what was, + what will be.

know that life is working for your highest good at all times + gratefulness has every reason to part from your lips in any circumstance or situation.

your life is what you make of it, fam.

showing + expressing gratitude for it only amplifies your experience.
