how does one push through + overcome worry?

you focus, fam — that’s what you do.

it’s fair to say that we all have had our share of concerns about life + how we experience it.

we’ve likely all had moments where we wanted life to work out as we expected + yet there wasn’t a damn thing we could do about the outcome we were experiencing.

before we know it, we’re out here worrying about things we simply cannot control + hoping that we can turn our experiences around by stressing over + complaining about them.

that’s not how life works, fam.

today, focus on what you can do about your current circumstances or situation.

all you can do is what you can do, so why not pour your energy into handling that aspect of your life?

you’ve filled your mind with doubt + worry long enough.

today, let go of whatever you’ve held onto that is causing you to worry, + use your mental load to carry only things that you can do now + can quickly offload when completed.
