how you know you value what you have

when you care about what you have,

when you appreciate how far you’ve come,

when you acknowledge that every thing you need is within your reach,

+ when you use what you’ve got to get where you want to go,

you understand the true value of gratitude in action.

it’s one thing to say you’re grateful for your life, fam.

it’s another thing to act like what you’re saying is true.

when you begin to use gratitude as a spring board into action, you hike up the value of whatever you’re doing.

it becomes crystal clear that you value what you have because you are using it to create the experience you want to live.

today, show how much you appreciate your life by living.

instead of moving in autopilot, 

make decisions that reflect what you want to experience in life.

instead of insisting that you need more or that you lack something, 

make use of what you have by using it with purpose on purpose.

instead of complaining about the hand you were dealt, 

turn those cards into something that is beneficial to your health + overall well being.

living with gratitude in your heart is only the beginning of showing how much you appreciate your life. 

appreciating life + enjoying it in all of its glory is making sure your actions also align with your heartfelt sentiments of gratitude.
