now, write a sentence.

then, write a paragraph.

after that, write multiple paragraphs.

pages + pages of that + guess what, fam!?

you’ve written a book.

move your body today.

add intention behind it + do it again tomorrow.

do it again the next day + the next day thereafter, continuing every single day from here on out…

guess what, fam?! 

you’ve created + executed an exercise routine.

start where you are + with that you have.

you may not be able to 100 pages today + you may not be able to touch your toes without bending your knees, either.

but you know what you can do?

you can start. 

you can give life your best efforts. 

you can keep going + going + going until you get your desired results + once you achieve those, you can maintain those results by committing to show up + do the work.

set the intention, start the work, + show up consistently.
