it doesn’t take much, fam.
all it takes it one thing.
this one thing could be anything —
anything that you do today that aligns with your mantra to live life on your own terms.
might come in the form of a 15 minute nap,
maybe it’s saying, “i’ve changed my mind”,
shit, could even look like stopping to eat a meal.
whatever that one thing is, do it.
then, feel that feeling you get when you’ve finish something important:
accomplished
successful
freedom
momentum to keep going
yeah — feel that (bask in it even) + keep that feeling in the forefront as you venture further; as you go to do the next ‘one thing‘…
watch, better yet feel your confidence grow because it’s this one thing that can change the course of your life.
