you can create a ton of things —
create a new outlook when you learn new information
create a new name for yourself when you aren’t pleased with who you are in the moment
create a morning ritual, a space for silence/prayer/meditation, +/or an attitude of gratitude
create the lifestyle you’ve always wanted to live
the expectation isn’t to create anything all at once, either.
take it one step at a time, one moment at a time, one day at a time.
the transformation is occurring, fam.
no need to see physical confirmation when you know that you’ve already created a mindset that supports + accepts all progress as progress.
know + feel it in your bones that creation is underway.
support your inner knowing by giving yourself grace as you navigate the process of creation one step at a time.
