moving forward, what does that mean for you?

to expect the best or not to expect the best…

that is the question.

what say you?

do you have expectations for how you feel life should happen?

do you believe that because of something you do or don’t do, you should expect a certain outcome?

do you hold others to your expectations? if so, do you feel like your expectations are fair to everyone involved?

because of its seemingly unpredictable nature, are expectations necessary? why or why not?

there are consequences to every action —

whether good, bad, indifferent, something will happen as a result of what did or did not take place.

are your expectations truly aligned with how life works?

if you don’t receive what you expect, what does that mean for you moving forward?

hell, do you even want to move forward if you’re not getting what you expect to get?

are you content with being stuck until you receive the expected outcome?

as you can see, today’s challenge is to get to the nitty gritty of your “why”, of your intentions behind your actions.

question all that you do so that when you move, you are moving from a place of thoughtfulness, a place of consideration, + a place of love.

does your current way of thinking align with who you are at your core?

do your expectations reflect the core meaning of love?

this isn’t a right or wrong take, nor is it an either-or type of answer.

this is a perspective you must develop for yourself.

what say you?

be you, be dope!
