no need to see immediate outward progress to know that the steps you’re taking are making a difference.
you have what it takes to live the lifestyle you most desire.
you can, as like anyone else, concentrate on what you can do today, in this moment.
it’s in your daily routine where the most significant impacts take place.
pause for a second + really think about how different life can be for you if you decided today to switch up that one thing:
- drinking a full glass of water before anything else
- flossing your teeth every night
- skipping that gossip session with your friends
- sitting outside in nature for 10 minutes without a phone or other distractions
- when tensions are high, responding to others with a whisper vs. yelling to get your point across
