- i am reframing, reshaping, + renaming tasks that i perceive as impossible to “arduous”. difficult is still possible. i can do this. i can still make a difference.
- two things can exist at the same time: life can have difficult moments + i can work through arduous situations.
- patting myself on the back is my new form of self-care.
- *breathing in* though fear is present *breathing out* i can still evoke change *breathing in* i am capable *breathing out* i am qualified
- realigning with who i am at my core. reminding myself in what ways i am capable. reclaiming my purpose + passion. recentering community + service. remembering those who came before + paved the way for me to thrive.
