affirmations for week 44 of 52

  1. i am practicing what i preach. i love people when it’s difficult to love. i accept people when what they do challenges my beliefs + values. i support people when i am feeling jealous of their successes. i listen to my body to determine when i’m full, thirsty, need rest, or need movement. i practice being the person i say i am + know i can be.
  2. practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes progress + each day, i am progressing.
  3. in the moments when i find myself complaining, i practice appreciation + gratitude.
  4. giving names to my feelings + giving them space to be. giving myself space to feel the fleeting feeling allows me to consciously fill it with a feeling i want to feel in this moment.
  5. being present requires practicing, in real time, what i’ll do in the moment.
