  1. i savor life’s moments. i realize a moment happens only once in my life + it is up to me to make it into the experience i desire.
  2. each moment holds a unique experience. to experience these moments, i am remaining open + present.
  3. i chew with intention + savor the flavor of my meals. i read carefully + savor the words on each page of my book. i listen intently + savor the conversation + time spent with my loved one. i consciously enjoy my tea down to the last sip.
  4. i notice the details that exist in my full + rich life + am grateful for: a soft caress, a lingering scent, a flavor that tickles my taste buds, the chords + harmonies in my favorite song, the glow that radiates from one joyous person to the next, + a single flower in full bloom.
  5. i am the spark that ignites infectious joy + laughter. i am a beacon of hope + a source of encouragement. i am the calm in the midst of chaos. i am a dream actualized. i am my ancestors dopest dreams.
