- i accept my mistakes with grace + understanding. from where I was then to where i am now, i have acquired new knowledge. the more i know the more i can grow.
- i am identifying my current patterns + am choosing to grow + expand beyond them.
- i begin each day begins with quiet reflection. before i lay my body down to rest, i bring awareness to my deepest intentions.
- *breathing in* i remember where i’ve been *breathing out* i am grateful for growth
- who i was then reflected my previous mindset. though i am the same in many ways, who i am now is a different person. i am grateful for reflection, growth, + wisdom.
