  1. by letting go of stress + worry, i free up space to embrace more of what I truly want to experience in life.
  2. i’m releasing the idea of competition + embracing the art of connection. rather than competing with myself, I am connecting with, accepting with, empathizing with who i once was. i understand more now + i am grateful for growth.
  3. my life is a reflection of the love, effort, + energy i put into it.
  4. i’m calling out everyone i want to see win by their names + declaring victory in their lives + triumph over their situations. it’s our time!
  5. i am intentionally sowing the seeds of kindness wherever i go. regardless of whether they manifest into something dope, i feel encouraged knowing that i did what i can do to add some kindness to this world.
