imagine all of the tasks you can complete when you disregard your need for instant gratification.

it’s unlikely that you’ll see the results you want right in this moment.

in time, with consistency + steadfast efforts, you will see + experience what it is that your heart most desires.

as Rome wasn’t built in a day, neither is that bangin’ all-year body you’re eager to parade or forming healthy habits after constantly doing the opposite.

a total reset may be necessary + that’s okay, fam!

give yourself time + space to do better, to approach life with a new perspective + to actually do what is necessary to live a rich + full life on your own terms.

your patience during this process is greatly appreciated as you’ll need time to adjust to a different approach, a different schedule, + a different mindset.

real quick — think about how many opportunities you’ve passed over simply because you weren’t getting something from it right then + there.
