the cheat code to winning is to will the win into your existence.

you have to be willing to commit to what it takes to win, win, win, win!

what does that even mean P?

it means you put yourself in the position to prosper,

pay attention to the puny (+ often time overlooked) things,

+

provide yourself with personalized positivity along the way.

here’s an example — packing lunch.

packing a lunch for yourself is relatively easy.

packing a lunch for yourself that supports a nutrient rich diet takes some thought + effort… some intention.

packing a lunch that wills a win looks like purchasing or producing (think growing in a garden), preparing, + actually eating foods that support your eating goals.

when in doubt of whether you are doing what’s best for you, remember your why + give yourself that positivity boost you may need in that moment to push through any self-doubt you may be facing.

as small as it seems, these are monumental moments that matter.

in the grand scheme of it all, what you feed your body matters.

in this example, when you pay attention to what you feed your body, even once out of the day, you’re taking into account your overall health. 

that’s a will to win, fam.

what you do matters. whatever you do for yourself today matters.

the small things, the big things, the things that seem insiginificant — all of that matters.

are you willing to win, fam?

are you willing to take time for you?

being willing means you are actively pursuing +/or are open to exploring the possibilities + opportunities that will help you reach your goals.

are you willing to do that for yourself?
