the foundation of a miracle

stop what you’re doing right now + offer up three things that you are grateful for right now — go!

you’ve just set the tone for your day, fam.

don’t stop now, keep up the momentum!

because you’ve noticed what can sometimes go as unnoticeable, you’ve given yourself an edge on finding gratitude throughout your day.

it’s because you can see how beautiful today is + notice how impactful its beauty has been on your life that gratitude can begin seeping from of your pores + pumping from your heart.

gratitude is the foundation of a miracle.

all that you experience, all that you are given, + all that you are exposed to is working for your highest good + making room for a heart swelled, love filled day.

today, you have the opportunity to create more of that appreciative feeling.

when you find yourself in a state of overwhelm, simply stop what you’re doing + state three things you’re grateful for.

when you find yourself at peace, pause on purpose + state three things you’re grateful for in that moment.

when you find yourself confused about your next move, remember three characteristics about yourself that you’re grateful you possess.

when life comes at you fast + you’re feeling all the things, recall how grateful you are for moments of intense feelings that remind you how alive you truly are.

in times when it’s hard to find the words to say that encapsulate all that you’re grateful for + how grateful you are for it, recall the words of HOV + affirm in gratitude:

thank God for granting me this moment of clarity, this moment of honesty. the world’ll feel my truth.

because truthfully, sometimes the words are hard to come by, hard to formulate, + hard to clarify, yet the feeling of gratitude carries on within our hearts.

we can tell when someone appreciates life.

today, give yourself space to live in a perpetual state of gratitude.

take a moment to say what you’re grateful for, live life as if you’re grateful for every moment, + when you don’t have the words for what you’re grateful for right now, send up thanks for all that is to come.

be you, be dope!
