today, do the most or do the least.

better yet, simply do something!

doing your best means doing the task using your best skills + putting forth your best efforts.

it doesn’t mean that it’s necessary for you to do all of the things at one time.

slow down, focus, + proceed with intention.

make your efforts worth your while by taking purposeful action.

the quality of your life will soar to new heights when you aren’t focusing on the quantity of your actions.

in other words:

you don’t have to appear booked + busy or subscribe to hustle + grind culture in order for you to live a rich + full life.

each step you make is progress, fam.

don’t get caught up on how many steps you’ve taken, rather focus on doing the work + doing it well.

the small wins mean something, too.
