how are they treating people in their lives — family members, friends, + strangers?
does this person pray +/or meditate? do they take time for themselves to rest? are they strict when it comes to scheduled alone time?
many will skip over the small things because they don’t think that they matter, but you know otherwise, fam.
today, make yourself available for the lifestyle you want to live by taking every opportunity placed in front of you that aligns with what you wanna experience.
tbh, it’s the smallest moments, which go widely unnoticed, that are the building blocks to the biggest changes.
