the way it’s projected to work out

some things tend to have a natural progression + realistically, based on past experiences, the current expectation is for it to work out the way it’s projected to work out.

but what happens when what you’re facing doesn’t follow its natural progression, fam?

what happens when life happens?

you adapt + adjust, that’s what happens.

today, realize how flexible you are.

embrace the malleability of your thoughts,

test the limits of your creativity,

+

challenge yourself to accept what life presents to you today.

when life hands you lemons, you take them + make the most epic lemon water, lemon tarts, or lemon pepper wings you’ve ever tasted.

better yet, you can use them to clean up the mess of expectations you tend to bring into situations + start over with a clean slate, one that isn’t crowded with projections + expectations; one that gives way for you to go with the flow of life.

planning for what you may experience is fine when you remember that plans + experiences can change.

allow any expectations you carry to inspire you into taking actionable steps by going after what you want to experience in life.

by the same token realize that life happens,

that though you’ve hit a wall you are not stuck, + that you have everything within to adapt + adjust to the moments ahead.

be you, be dope!
