that situation didn’t frustrate you,
neither did that person, nor did that task.
you are frustrated because you’re choosing to experience frustration in the moment, fam.
it’s not a dig at all — frustration is a feeling + feelings are not facts.
feelings are feedback.
they lend an inside scoop as to what you’ve got going inside in the moment.
whatever you feeling right now: upset, frustrated, happy, excited, afraid…
is feedback concerning your state of being + that insight offers you an opportunity to change the way you feel (if you so desire).
you can choose to be annoyed by every thing walking, breathing, + living.
you can also choose to not be bothered in the slightest by what others are doing + the ways they choose to live.
today, realize the choice to be whatever you want to be is yours.
give yourself permission to change what you feel as soon as you feel it affecting your mood + attitude for the worse.
your God given freedom is choice, fam, so use it.
frustration is a choice, + so is peace.
be you, be dope!
