what is reality? what does it look like to you?
is it constant? does it change? if so, how often?
is it limited to our five senses of taste, touch, hear, see, + speech?
does it look the same for every one?
today, get curious about reality.
notice how what you are currently experiencing is residue from the past.
understand that you don’t have to continue living in this experience + that you are free to release yourself from the shackles of your past actions + thoughts.
register in your mind how quickly your life experience can change once you make that internal shift + act in alignment with this different way of thinking.
realize that your reality is based on what you choose to focus on, fam.
there is always another perspective to explore, experience to be had, + possibility to consider.
don’t allow yourself to get stuck on what you see, what you don’t see, what you considered “right”, or what may appear to you as “wrong”.
“right” + “wrong” are what you believe to be true, but your reality is not everyone’s reality.
rid yourself of limitations by embracing the possibility of what is + what can be.
in this very moment are an unlimited amount of opportunities + possibilities, most of which go unseen, unheard, + untouched.
our lack of awareness doesn’t make them any less real.
as the moments regenerate, so do the opportunities + possibilities.
bring your awareness into today, bring your curiosity into this moment, + open your mind to what is + what can be.
take advantage of the opportunity to change your mind at anytime + give yourself permission to live within a different state of reality.
be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:
describe what you are feeling right now.
include your emotional state of being as well as what you hear, see, + feel.
now, explore a different perspective. ask someone else who usually thinks differently than you how they are feeling, listen to their response, + thank them for their insight.
notice how your response may differ from theirs. notice the similarities.
without validation, do you still feel the same about your current reality?
