there’s sometimes an overwhelming feeling that you feel in your spirit when your spidey senses are telling you something ain’t right.
you may not be aware of its origin or why it’s even happening to you —
your instincts aren’t always going to make sense to you, fam.
that doesn’t mean your instincts are off or that you need to ignore your gut feelings.
your subconscious knows.
buried deep within you are memories that stretch beyond comprehension; memories from your ancestors that your mind + body tap into when certain situations or circumstances arise.
they seemingly turn on when you see a large group of people running,
or when you are in a place that raises the hairs off of your neck,
or when you hear a loud noise,
or when you hear a baby cry.
today, tap into your surroundings + deep dive into your instincts.
the logic of why you feel the way you feel isn’t always something you can put into words, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be brushed off as illogical nonsense.
your mind + body hold a universe full of secrets that you haven’t tapped into yet.
commit to listening to the voice of reason, hearing what your body is telling you about its comfortability in certain environments, + leaning into your ancestral awareness.
you know more than you know. 😉
be you, be dope!
