the satisfaction you’re seeking is on the other side of that challenge you’re avoiding.
let me say it again for the people in the back 🗣️
the satisfaction you’re seeking is on the other side of that challenge you’re avoiding.
you’ve easily taken this comfortable life you live for granted.
in this soft era, everything is handed to you + easily comes to you.
abundance is yours + yet you’re still not acting or feeling fulfilled.
for some odd reason, you have everything your heart desires in this moment yet you still are insatiably seeking more life.
today, satisfy your appetite for more by living your life in the most unapologetic way.
that thing you keep putting off doing? do it.
that goal you keep saying is impossible to reach? reach it.
that mirror that you refuse to look into due to the feelings it conjures up, the trauma it reminds you of, + the reflection of the shell of yourself that you are actively avoiding? look at it, fam.
see yourself for who you truly are + not for who you want to think you are or portray yourself as.
see yourself + love yourself, every inch of you —
start satisfying yourself by giving love to + accepting every part of your being — yes, the parts you’ve affectionately labeled as the good, the bad, + the ugly.
the parts of you that were exposed to +/or endured the unimaginable, the parts of you in which you are ashamed to speak on or acknowledge deserve love, too, + there is satisfaction in acknowledging that these parts of you exist.
you won’t be satisfied with life until you decide right now that living your life is the greatest expression of gratitude.
it brings the ultimate satisfaction to know you don’t look like what you’ve been through + that even when you do feel you appear that way, you are still standing, still learning, still growing, + still full of so much more life to live!
satisfy yourself by living today without excuses,
by showing up unapologetically,
+
by deciding that regardless of the circumstances you have a beautiful life to live + you’re gonna live it.
be you, be dope!
