eat delicious meals.
spread love + cheer wherever you go.
don’t let these moments pass you by.
since you aren’t constantly on the go right now,
take advantage of this downtime + take it all in, sis.
let this time serve as a reminder that you don’t have to fill your days with movement for the sake of moving —
move with intention.
