three words: these intrusive thoughts

a million thoughts will enter you head today.

there will be some worth entertaining + maybe eventually acting upon.

then, there will be some worth immediately releasing back into the wild.

when given the space, each one of these thoughts can alter your current state of being.

today, carefully curate what thoughts you’ll give permission to change you.

who are you, fam?

if you don’t believe you who you want to be, who is that you wish to show up as right now?

what thoughts are you brave enough to believe, brave enough to challenge, + brave enough to release without second thought?

the course of your day doesn’t depend on the thoughts that come your way.

hell, we think so many different thoughts in a day + at any given time, can think of many more ideas + possibilities to counter or add to what we’re already thinking.

don’t allow these intrusive thoughts to overrun your dope intentions.

what separates you from these thoughts are your actions.

what you choose to think matters. 

those other thoughts are for the birds 🦜 so let ’em fly away like they’ll eventually do anyway.

be proactive + give intention, purpose, + passion to your thoughts + actions.

you get to decide what thoughts are worth engaging, so why not choose to act the thoughts that promote love, kindness, clarity, peace, creativity, + spread joy?

do the work to find what truly speaks to who you are at your core.

sit still for as long as necessary + dig deep inside to find that one thought that does speak to your heart; the one that speaks to your true nature + character.

how does one entertains + prioritizes what’s important to them? 

by thinking before acting on their true desires… 

that’s how.
